Flexible work hours. Being the face the customer sees the most

Cons

Management is not transparent. There really is no true paths for promotion. They treat you as a replaceable commodity. They will promise paths to advancement but will never get you past a certain point. No real perks anymore or appreciation. Not worth going there.
