      Pros

      Always room for advancement. A good company to grow with. Many employees with 30+ years with UL. Absolutely love my team and my bosses.

      Cons

      Certain departments are hard to get out. Some managers will block your transfer claiming that you are too valuable.

      People are super nice. They make it fun to go to work.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs. This company has been having layoffs for the past 1o years with layoffs every two years. Too many layers, employees are not allowed to speak their mind. They stop flexible schedules and they keep on reducing the benefits.
