      Flexible hours with average pay and above average benefits. You can get paid until you find a better job.

      Cons

      Work is micromanaged by multiple managers with no clue regarding how to do the work. No assistance or support is ever provided. Absolutely no career path at this company. Mid and upper managers did not care about the company mission of safety - it was all and only about the revenue. Upper management had absolutely no idea how to run the company and no ideas for growth other than buying other companies.
