Ability to work from home, laid back work environment, ability to maintain a good work-life balance.

Cons

They set impossible sales goals, management can be hard to communicate with (they are like a wall that doesn't allow new ideas through, and they like to sweep conflict/HR issues under the rug), very slow career progression/advancement. High deductible insurance.

Great benefits, average pay low pressure environment. Great place for a balanaced work and family life. Would recommend as first job out of school.

Cons

Tough to get promoted. Engineering structure not as typical MEP firms. A lot of pressure is pushed upon during the last week of every month .

Many last minute changes to projects / assignments, office space & location, secondary benefits.
