      Pros

      This is a good company to work for. The biggest asset are the people of UL. benefits are very good, work-life balance could be better on a company level, however, it is all dependent on who you work for.

      Cons

      Bonus payouts make absolutely no sense.

      Pros

      International working environment and get exposed to different kind of safety standard and specifications. People around are really kind and helpful. No OT, you can enjoy really good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit less competitive. For some groups, remote managing will a bit inefficient, due to time differences and distance. Technologies are a bit restricted and narrow. Career development is not quite clear.
