      Pros

      Training after getting hired Good to start your career - you learn a lot about the industry, but bad to stay for more than a year.

      Cons

      Small salaries In consultancy they basically don't care much about your development. They only care about the money you're bringing back from your clients. You cannot choose your assignments. If you are assigned to a project overseas you *have to go*. Staying will impact your career. Senior Management is a joke

      Pros

      UL is growing in many directions. Management has plans for expansion, seems to be on track. Pay scale is fair. If you wish to travel the opportunity is there.

      Cons

      If you are looking for advancement be watchful, limited upside opportunity. Rapid growth has cause for management coordination issues. Priorities can be confusing. Too many side issues are not prioritized. The yearly reviews involve a forced ranking that at times make no sense. Allows management to manipulate results to their liking. Yearly reduction in staff is promoted. Moral is terrible amongst the rank and file. There is no trust of Management.
