      Pros

      Great place to work, with highly qualified staff and challenging opportunities. No monotony at all. Good environment if you are a dinamic person. If you are concerned about safety and quality, this is the company to work for.

      Cons

      Some degree of difficulty in changing processes and adapting to the ever changing scenario of certification business. Sometimes, the value of the brand creates a zone of comfort that is hard to be overcome.

      Pros

      Fantastic team based approach to serving customers. A lot of knowledge can be shared by asking the right questions. Ability to telecommute makes most of the cons less important

      Cons

      Sales is king and all other suggestions are ignored Revenue, revenue, revenue! Ability to do anything that isn't client based (training, purchasing technical materials, etc) is directly contingent upon the current revenue projection. Very little training provided face-to-face, you will have to seek the answers yourself Spend a lot time creating and / or learning workarounds No real team building. UL likes to web-train individuals but doesn't allow teams to meet at least once a year to build perspective
