The management culture is terrible. Chaos, is the best way to describe it. Staff have lost faith in management, and it's no wonder when poor decisions are made with little warning, and imposed on all of us.

most miserable experience of my life, treated like a robot and a terrible work life balance. Toxic work environment. People seem to have attitudes between different departments over budgets, which created hostility and harassment. Management can only recognize you on points on a bell curve and allotment of a certain amounts of points per year per number of employees, which results in management typically giving an average performance rating for everyone. So hard work is typically not recognized. Company policies seem like they're optional to enforce. Do nothing to promote you on growth within the company, (stick you in a spot and seems like you're expected to stay there). This was just my experience.
