      the managers were demanding and constantly demanding longer hours and more work with no regard for personal life, nor personal health.

      Top-heavy management disaster

      Pros

      Engaging work, on paper the mission of the company is good

      Cons

      Every few months we either get a new manager in the chain, or the chain is rearranged. Significant management are all external hires that do not understand our workflow or even what we do. You can't sail to an island if your captain doesn't k ow what an island is.
