2yLike so many organizations, UL Solutions has gone through accelerated change to adapt to the market needs. In addition, in 2012 we transitioned from a not-for-profit entity and have needed to make changes to the business to align to this change. We have engagement surveys, pulse surveys, town hall Q&A, CEO briefings and more to communicate directly with employees. Thank you for sharing this feedback.
