      Great colleagues, and I learned a lot.

      Cons

      No more consideration for the employees, Only own ego of higher management. They make a habit of changing the rules during the game, without even caring how it looks to the employees. No connection with the employees, no connection with the business. Higher management is full of themselves, saying they care about the employees, their great assets, but in practice they don't show any of that.
