      Pros

      I choose to work here because of the work life balance. I am empowered to not be a key-person dependency. My coworkers are kind and helpful.

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of opportunity for promotions. You are expected to apply for a job at the next level but new job opportunities are not posted very often. There are many people waiting for their next opportunity. There are pockets of the company that seem very toxic to work for.

      There are remote and hybrid opportunities.

      Cons

      The company has pursued a very aggressive strategy to reduce operational costs in the last three years. Therefore, salaries and bonuses haven't increased. There is more work with fewer employees. Safety is not their priority number one, but increasing the profits for the investors.

      Managers are not well prepared for managing people, salary increases are extremely low and there is a rude manager for field evaluations
