      Good people bad CEO

      Pros

      Really good engineers, reachable and fun.

      Cons

      Old management were not as transparent as they said they were. Layoffs after saying that got problems where to put the money in. Never belived in finding new positions to all those whom squad was removed.

      Typeform is shaping up again

      Pros

      After some time of continuous changes, TF streamlined the processes and they are back in track in delivering quality features fast. Culture may be shifting towards the Silicon Valley one, but still it is a great company to work for. Nice people full of empathy.

      So many changes in the Product senior management which results in changing priorities often.

      You might find nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Terrible leadership. Underpaid. Salary range discrepancy. You will find people who do nothing and receive an incredibly higher salary than you. Toxic culture, in a way that they will do everything they can to look like an amazing company, but at the end of the day you will do your best and won't be rewarded for it.
