      Great progress is happening

      Pros

      Having been at Typeform for a while it really feels like progress is taking place. The product is finally getting the attention it deserves, we have a better idea of why product decisions are happening and there is an increased focus on the customer.

      Cons

      A lot of the product progress is still in experiment mode still, so I guess we will need to wait and see what happens

      Pros

      The interview process for Typeform was organized, personalized and thoughtful. I had many opportunities to ask questions and get to know managers and team members. Since joining, I've been impressed by the amount of ways that Typeform invests in their people. There are many professional and personal development tools/opportunities. Everyone on my team takes time to help and answer questions.

      Cons

      Like most software companies, there is always more opportunity to invest in technical resources for our internal team and customers. While I list this as a con, Typeform is already starting the process of creating more head count for these types of resources.
