      Best of typeform, are the typeformers. Talented motivated people improving an awesome product

      Cons

      Slow pace, and final call sometimes are hard to understand by the individual contributors. Detachment between leadership and workers.

      How many companies have values that are more than just some words on a website? I have no idea, but what I do know is that at Typeform people really help and care for each other. How many companies advertise flexible working hours and then you get frowned upon for taking a longer lunch break or working 3 days in a row from home? At Typeform trust is everything. I've never felt as free to make my own schedule before. How many companies encourage feedback? At Typeform I learned how to give feedback so that it's useful for the person who received it, without hurting their feelings. These are only 3 things that make Typeform the best place I've ever worked till now.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything right now. The organization is growing fast, so keeping all the good stuff in place might become a challenge.
