      Flexible Work Environment

      Pros

      Typeform offers a very flexible work environment. We have employees everywhere. From headquarters in Barcelona, France, Germany, England, Colombia and the US. New leadership is in place so it's an exciting time to be with the organization.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are decent, even though you don't get any equity. My coworkers were really awesome people.

      Cons

      No equity in the company. Really horrible executives who are completely disconnected from staff. My executive was outwardly hostile to my team and publicly shut down our ideas constantly. She also would not accept or act on legitimate feedback given openly and honestly. The interview process really highlighted company values, but once inside the executive team basically ignored all those values. People who were "yes" men and women got promoted. People doing good and difficult work got laid off.

      Pros

      Having just got back from the all company event it feels like a very exciting time to be at the company. The leadership spent time really answering what is next for the company and it seems like there is a ton of potential ahead.

      Cons

      There have been changes that some folks are struggling to get past. I don't feel its anything unlike anything else I have seen at other start ups that are growing.
