      Majority employees are helpful, good people trying to do their job.

      CEO is incompetent. Cut the entire C suite and now has inept employees taking their place.

      Super easy work. You can do what you want as most of devs doen't understand codebase.

      Cons

      You will be requested to make wrong solutions to follow management plan. System wrong designed and no plans to fix this about job security. There are few devs know system and this bugs. Management asking produce something but does not really care about results. In general very low level of developers. Mostly juniors. Do not should your brain overwise you will be fired. You could be fired without previos alert in one day.
