      Pros

      Cross functional team members were very friendly. Good base pay.

      Cons

      Leadership was not transparent. Many people left due to the lack of support and trust in leadership. Good product but they do not know how to market it in a competitive place.

      Very poor culture and leadership

      Pros

      Good colleagues, support amongst peers. Flexible, work from home, unlimited holiday policy.

      Cons

      Very poor culture, they say they live by the values but unfortunately they treat the employees pretty badly. It used to be a good company but the current CEO and leadership team have destroyed the good things of Typeform. All the values they talk about are non-existent and at this point the company is an absolute chaos. They are constantly changing the teams and there is no clear direction, it really seems they don't know what they are doing anymore. Very bad leaders.

      Good place to work, bad C-level management

      Pros

      Great team and a nice place to work, good proffessionals working there. Nice place for learning and self development.

      Cons

      C-level have no ethics and no remorse. Not sure if it just bad handling of communication in general or if there is no real planning. Visions for 2023 shared by the CEO seems exactly the same as for 2022 where during the year, we had major dismissals. CEO trying to sell the product to the employees without addressing or at least explaining actions taken for dismissals not taken place again.
