- Great team colleagues - Great salaries - Remote friendly

Cons

- It is a chaos. - Lots of money, but is not invested wisely. - Very aggressive hiring of middle management which ended up being... useless. - The more the Leadership team say they care about their people, the more cynical they act. The way they have conducted layoffs is embarrassing. The whole culture was becoming aggressive and cold. - Very low transparency on leadership decisions and their reasoning. Internal comms specialists do a very poor job.

Amazing onboarding

The onboarding process starts before the first day when Typeform sends an email with how your first days will be and also sends you all you need related to your work (laptop, keyboard, etc.) and a box with merchandising. Once the day arrives, you have to turn on your computer and install automatically everything you need. Overall, the general onboarding takes three days and the "employee engagement specialists" are in charge of helping with everything you need (Kasia and Pep are the best ❤️ ). They have prepared a Trello board with all the steps you have to do and attend every day. The company has incredible well documented every aspect of it. Kudos for that and keep doing like that!
