      Remote working and good compensation

      We are family attitude but the most toxic one you could ever have! Everyone runs around and no one accomplishes anything in this company. There is no direct communication and everyone is faking it. Majority of employees aren’t even working or giving a sh*t which is extremely frustrating if you are a make things done person! Little people who gossip and talk sh*t about others! It’s just the worse of the kind, do not apply there except if you are a person as described above! There is no place for professionals but low quality people!

      - Collaborate with very talented colleagues. - Earn a competitive Salary to live in Spain. - Work in flexible working hours. - Enjoy good perks as an employee.

      Cons

      - Huge politics in medium size business. - Lack of trust in C-level and leadership. - Hypocritical communication from C-level. - Terrible strategic product decisions. - Changes in the wide org every 6 months. - Cheap decisions from C-level to cut costs.

      Good place to work, bad C-level management

      Pros

      Great team and a nice place to work, good proffessionals working there. Nice place for learning and self development.

      Cons

      C-level have no ethics and no remorse. Not sure if it just bad handling of communication in general or if there is no real planning. Visions for 2023 shared by the CEO seems exactly the same as for 2022 where during the year, we had major dismissals. CEO trying to sell the product to the employees without addressing or at least explaining actions taken for dismissals not taken place again.
