      Pros

      New Leadership team is now in place. They are a diverse group of leaders who are all experts in their domain and who actually come from successful Product-Led Growth companies. We have a new Product roadmap, revenue is up and talent in the organisation is the highest quality it's ever been. Lots of change to come I'm sure (as always in any SaaS business) but the bar has been raised! I am optimistic about the future!

      Cons

      We need to take more smart risks and tell more customer stories that we can all rally around!

      Great product culture change in progress

      Pros

      Remote company. Work schedule flexibility. Unlimited time off. Nice people and culture. Lot of diversity of cultures and backgrounds. Great product with untapped potential. New leadership team is experienced and seems to know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Not everyone is aligned around what it takes to have a winning company. There is a big gap between those with lot of experience pushing for necessary changes and those who only know early stage start up life. Sense of entitlement among some of the employees is often discouraging and frankly holding us back from success.

      Pros

      - Great product that has the potential to impact the life of millions of people - Exciting product developments ahead - Quarterly 2 weeks long hackathons enabling innovation - Fully remote company + no meeting Fridays in Tech - Overall great colleagues to work with - Compensation at a good level vs. market - Opportunities to grow within the role or to new roles: I have seen many colleagues move to tech from other functions

      Cons

      - We could have more opportunities to meet in person with our team - Lots of instability in 2022 with frequent change in leadership and layoffs but it seems to be stable now - Lack of clear strategy so far however new Leadership hired recently is showing signs of more strategic thinking
