Typeform is a has-been. Used to be a great company to work for, but got ruined along the way. How did it start? After Kim Lechá took over as CEO, it was the beginning of the downfall of Typeform: 1) They hired a few incompetent C-levels/VPs, who got scared of being found out as incompetent, so they fired everyone around them who could potentially expose them, and surrounded themselves by sycophants. 2) This by itself created a culture where people were afraid of speaking their mind, so we went from an open culture to a culture of fear. Which means, less collaboration, less open feedback, problems keep growing until they are out of control... etc. 3) The CEO and LT are not to be trusted. After saying for months that everything was OK, they started a dismissal process for "economic" reasons, even though the company is making money. Then one week after announcing the dismissal, the LT team went on an offsite together, flights and hotel paid by the company. Go figure.
