It was better, getting worse

Pros

Some colleagues make the day-to-day more pleasant. Some decent benefits.

Cons

High level management disregards completely the employees. They don't care about their growth and wellbeing, they don't care about being honest and transparent with them and to give them the informations they need to make their own choices. Politics are everywhere, everyone has their own agenda. Dreadful place to work in.

Pros

Some colleagues make Typeform a little less dreadful

Cons

Where should I begin? While Typeform professes its core value of "bringing joy to the journey," my experience with the company was completely devoid of joy or fun. XLT frequently hosted offsite in Spain, but it had been over a year since the remaining team members had met in person. Typeform's attempts to expand into the enterprise market had proven to be a joke due to a lack of clear strategy, communication, and organization. The sales team struggled without processes or enablement and has undergone four managerial changes in just five years. Every team member is overworked, with little regard for their well-being from leadership. I cannot recommend Typeform as a reputable employer. Exercise due diligence and thoroughly research the company before applying, taking note of the significant employee turnover rate. Beware!

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience at Typeform. We appreciate your positive comments about the support and fellowship within your team, and want to acknowledge the challenges that frequent leadership changes can create for teams. To that end, we take your concerns about the sales team seriously and are actively working to rebuild it to support both your well-being and Typeform’s success. We were thrilled to welcome our new CRO in April who is prioritizing both of these things rigorously. We know we can do better and we will. Finally, we agree that meeting in person is an important component of team building - this is something we've prioritized this year, beginning with our company-wide offsite in May. In addition, different divisions have different cadences for offsites and, if you’re still with us at Typeform, we encourage you to discuss this feedback with your manager or HR Business partner so they can work towards a cadence that works best for your team.

Pros

Just the past of the company

Cons

The new management is heartless, perverse and they all just lie in every interaction. The communication department is unexperienced and malicious and the human resources department is mean and miserly. They planned and executed a layoff and in the meanwhile they explain just the oposite information to the company during all the all hands. The company is transitioning from a people first company to an investors first company and the management try to justify it with the start from empathy axiom. Pathetic.
