      Pros

      Global company, you will get to work with people from all around the world. Some colleagues are very fun and supportive. Time-off policy is good.

      Cons

      No growth, frequent layoffs. They hire to fire! There are set people who are the managers because they are working there from long. If you are new, you don't have much chance, and if you are not given any impactful project, most probably you will be laid off any time. The product keeps changing, the goals keep changing. The higher management doesn't understand what teams at lower level are doing. You get good time-off but otherwise the work environment is very stressful.

      Pros

      remote work, flexible hours, great place to learn because of the start up environment - you end up picking up a lot of things

      Cons

      AWFUL talent planning, had multiple rounds of layoffs within a year's time, people left behind were overburdened with the work of many that had been laid off - on top of growing responsibilities, they offer absolutely NO benefits and no pay hike
