Pros

Hi, I'm from Pakistan. For five months, I have been employed by Turing as a data scientist. One of the most admirable aspects of Turing is its belief in its employees, as being a remote-first business is not always simple. My life has drastically altered as a result of remote work since it provides me with more freedom, flexibility, and a better work-life balance. Working a regular 9 to 5 job, having rigid schedules, and having a poor work-life balance that causes stress and exhaustion are some of the difficulties. Jobs in the area have been impacted by Turing's remote mission to unleash the world's unrealized human potential. Prepare yourself for the most thrilling and adventurous adventure of your life at Turing! - Great work culture - Work-life balance - Global workforce - Flexibility in work hours

Pros

Hi, I'm from India. As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Turing, I help the company produce high-quality products. I've worked with this organization for six months, and I love the well-organized work environment, excellent team, and fantastic product managers. When the management can't properly design the product, the majority of engineering teams get frustrated. Fortunately, Turing has clarity on their products, making life easy and full of an amazing job. I now have the choice to work remotely while still being able to spend time with my loved ones. The time lost traveling to non-remote work is considerable. Non-remote employment also requires time off for other family obligations. However, I haven't taken a vacation yet from Turing since I manage my time so that I can work while also doing my housework. Whereas in a non-remote position, I would need to take a full day off for a little one-hour personal work. In a nutshell: - Great work culture - Work-life balance - Global workforce - Flexibility in work hours
