Tripadvisor has been in the market for more than 22 years and has thousands of customers who trust us and decide to renew their services with us every month. Measuring certain business indicators (calls, emails, opportunities, etc.) is key to improving the service we offer to our customers and allows us to identify areas of improvement and thus to continue to develop our teams.
