      Good pay still. Not a lot of pressure to deliver (not without its issues)

      Terrible re-org - duplicated Engineering and Data orgs. Too slow.

      -communication from top management would might not reach to you

      Great WLB, comp is ok for the hours that you work, most people are amazing and super helpful, especially the ones that have been here more than 1.5 years

      Cons

      Clueless leadership, constantly changing priorities. There’s a reason the stock is tanking.
