      Great culture and people

      Pros

      Flexibilty, great people culture (subject to dep and manager), internal ladder for growth

      Cons

      Slow to action changes, to open internal roles, slow in recruitment. Salary can be lower than industry standard in tech/media. Negotiating salary increase can be a frustrating experience.

      Ok short term employment

      Pros

      Almost 100% remote work, you can form close relationships with your team, summer flex time in addition to PTO.

      Cons

      Managers don't know how to manage and have no training before being promoted, not a lot of room for growth, they will have mass layoffs just to rehire all the positions months later, either you will be overworked or have nothing to do, the executive team and new CEO are unrealistic and bringing teams down.
