Pros

Tripadvisor has really fostered a great employee culture, its a large corporate company but feels like a small company day to day because of the close-knit relationships between teams. I've really enjoyed my time here and the people I work with.

Cons

Tripadvisor has a lovely office in Needham, MA with a gym, free lunch and snacks but its very empty on most days. It picks up a bit during co-location week every 6 weeks but even those could use more push from the company to encourage users to go in such as more events like happy hours and team bonding.
