Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It's disappointing to hear that you haven’t found your experience here to date to be a great one. As you know, we’ve made a number of changes in our Inside Sales strategies and execution which we are very excited about. We believe that the future is very bright for our team, and we are investing time and resources toward the training and development of our current employees. We have positions open globally for sales leadership and individual contributors to be a part of this future, so while sales here may not be the best fit for everyone, we know that we are building a culture of success and excellence. We certainly hate to see people leave the company, but we support people moving on to positions that are a better fit for their skill set, even if that means taking roles outside of TripAdvisor.
