As you mentioned, TripAdvisor offers not only a collaborative work culture with great coworkers, but also industry leading perks and benefits, including a free shuttle service to and from the city.
We realize that this past summer’s construction projects made traffic in and out of Boston a challenge for all commuters and unfortunately that was beyond our control. We continue to work with our shuttle service to identify the ideal timing and routes to minimize the length of the commute.
Collaboration is one of our core values and has been a key factor in our success. While location flexibility varies per department we want to ensure that employees spend the majority of their time in the offices that allow them to work most efficiently with their teams.
