Fantastic brand and company management that is top of the industry. Everyone knows the brand and it's easy to get in the door if you're a salesperson. Company benefits are excellent, senior management is exceptional and have a strong longterm vision.

Cons

Not much career progression, the organization is a bit slow to react despite the company mantra 'speed wins'
