Cons

Terrible leadership. Absent executive leadership team who have no long term vision for the company . Eroding culture and employee trust caused by layoffs every 6 months.

Recent reorganisation. Lots of long time senior management staff let go over Christmas period - culture changing fairly rapidly due to lots of hiring recently as well.
