Working at Tripadvisor has been a great experience for me. I increased my sales experience and learned how to manage teams. I have also consistently met or exceeded my sales goals. In fact, I won our team's Top Performer of the Year award

Cons

Top management changes too fast, they have to improve the learning curve of the middle managers.
