- Website with huge traffic and many opportunities to make an impact - Interesting problems to solve - The company is ramping up its investment in data - The sector has recovered from the pandemic and has a positive outlook - Good culture and work-life balance

Cons

- The company sometimes seems a bit frugal in terms of compensation and benefits. It's not that they don't pay well, but it isn't great either
