Pros

Every person I've ever met at Trinity over the years is kind, extremely intelligent, and comes to the plate with a lot of experience and interesting perspectives. People are very nice to work with. Great orientation team with inviting and friendly team members.

Cons

Bottlenecking due to top-down structure from LT to MT, causing MT to take a step back because they are waiting for guidance from LT. This causes junior-level staff to either 1) take on way more than they are expected to (and frankly getting paid for) and, 2) major confusion and "heads in the sand" workflows where junior-level staff are not provided concrete guidance or context on asks. When leading projects, I often found myself unclear on the goals and motivations of client projects and was shocked to find EMs also in a similar position. Decks go out for LT review and are often scrapped because MT did not receive correct or sufficient guidance from LT regarding next steps and overall vision. A strange combination of micromanagement while working under major ambiguity. WLB is non-existent and staffing is extremely inconsistent. I was at one point staffed on 7 different projects at the same time. Not only does this cause major stress and resentment, but it also leads to a decrease in innovation and motivation. It is impossible to give 100% across all 7 projects so you end up delivering 20% across each just to meet your deliverables and timelines. Not to mention major burn out. MT/LT often work during their own vacations and OOO causing junior-level staff to feel pressured to do the same. There is a culture of, "As a partner, I worked until 3am last night, so why are you complaining?" or "I moved back my vacation because this project was delayed, why can't you?" LT believes that "Work-Life Integration" model is the key to a successful WLB: This should be a major red flag in any employer who is asking you to integrate your work and personal lives. Consulting is an industry with long hours, however, no separation from work at all also leads to decreased drive and intense burn out which is prevalent amongst junior/MT level staff.

Really sorry to hear about your experience with staffing and WLB. We hope this feedback was brought up during your exit interview as this is not reflective of our overall culture at Trinity. Thanks for sharing your feedback and for your time at Trinity. - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

There is no pros as such.

Cons

The work culture is extremely toxic, making it very difficult for employees to sustain themselves in the organization. There is virtually no work–life balance. Employees are expected to work on most weekends, and leadership often treats weekends like regular working days. Working hours are excessively long, with 12-hour workdays considered normal. Employees frequently experience humiliation and receive little to no respect in the workplace. Leadership tends to treat employees unfairly, creating a highly stressful and discouraging environment. Within just one or two months, many employees may feel that being unemployed would be better than continuing to work here. It is strongly advisable to reconsider before choosing to work at this organization.

Pros

Company health Policy Some Team managers are empathetic and always help individuals in the teams to grow. Few teams have a good work Culture.

Cons

If you are considering joining the technology teams in the Bangalore office, think twice. The leadership here is extremely biased and driven by personal favoritism. Only a chosen few “favorites” are given opportunities, visibility, and career growth, while the rest are ignored or sidelined. The same is passed on to managers of teams who are mostly incompetent technically but would provide you negative feedback. All team members are over worked and complain yet no actions are taken. The culture is toxic — unclear goals, arbitrary decisions, and a working environment where speaking up or disagreeing with the leader can put your job at risk. Layoffs are frequent for those who don’t align with his personal circle. This so-called leader operates with a massive ego, makes decisions to suit his favourites , and openly disregards fair and transparent processes. There is no genuine meritocracy here — performance and talent mean very little unless you are part of his inner circle. If you value career stability, a healthy work culture, and unbiased leadership, avoid this place at all costs.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear you’ve had positive experiences with our health policy and supportive team managers. We take feedback around leadership and performance seriously and are committed to fostering a fair, inclusive, and transparent environment for all employees - I wish you had a more positive experience in both areas. I hope this was already shared with our HR team before moving on from Trinity, but if not, I'll ensure this gets passed along to them. - Sarah Zeoli
