Pros

If you're open to a high-demand environment where work-life balance is minimal and are okay to be treated as a commodity, this could be a place worth exploring

Cons

The Trinity leadership team often promotes "vertical integration" as a key differentiator from other consulting firms. However, in practice, this approach seems more like a tactic to attract less discerning clients rather than a genuine value-add. While they frequently highlight their numerous "centers of excellence," the reality is that there is a significant gap in the expertise required to deliver meaningful insights for areas such as launch strategy, corporate strategy, or APAC work. There may be one or two partners with deep knowledge, but the overall portrayal feels exaggerated and somewhat misleading. But don't worry, if none of this is a concern for you, you can simply focus on doing your work and getting paid.

Thanks for sharing your feedback - I hope you were able to share this in other avenues as well when you were with us (NAVEX, your HRBP, etc.). If not, I'll make sure to do this for you. I wish you had a better experience, especially within our COEs. I have some takeaways from your advice to management, especially around being a performance-based culture. Appreciate your insights – they help us grow and get better.

Pros

Great and smart team members (depending on Pod)

Cons

Company burns talent and drives people into burnout Lot of pressure after recent acquisitions Expectations are set at MBB level but neither reputation nor compensation are comparable Company has changed in a negative way, especially over the past two years - from a place with a great and open culture where people were seen as individuals to a toxic place where employees are just numbers and too afraid to speak up about the ongoing issues The recent acquisitions worsened the overall work environment WLB strongly depends on the business unit you work for, no rewards for the unit that works the most hours Development goals to achieve a promotion cannot be reached because people are so overworked they can’t focus on them

Pros

- pay - some people are nice - looks good on your resume for when you eventually leave

Cons

- weirdly very clique-y environment, with high school drama around every corner (whispering, rude comments during meetings, etc.) - leadership and management pick favorites, and reserve interesting project for them while siloing others into repeating the same project types - minimal training if you are hired off-cycle, that is then held against you - no care for supporting junior staff (I was left for without a manager for months after starting due to a scheduled leave - never assigned a new manager even though it was requested) - male leadership and management has a clear preference for working with male junior colleagues, leaving women continuously staffed on all-male project teams - no regard for work-life balance (even witnessed some team members calling out others during meetings, in front of management and leadership, for leaving work 1 hour early to go to a doctor / vet appointment)
