Pros

Most colleagues are genuinely nice, collaborative, and supportive. The team environment can be enjoyable, and there are opportunities to learn from talented peers.

Cons

The work culture has become increasingly toxic. Excellent employees have either left due to the flawed system or been burned out by the lack of support and fairness. Favoritism is a significant issue; it's clear that differing opinions from the leadership team are not welcomed. The company often disrespects its employees, both in actions and decisions, fostering a sense of undervaluation and mistrust. The managed revenue system is inherently flawed. Employees on smaller accounts struggle to meet targets regardless of their performance, while those on large accounts often succeed due to sheer luck and proximity to key partners. Promotions often seem based on favoritism, account affiliation rather than merit, leading to capable individuals being overlooked. The company culture has deteriorated since the 2021 acquisition and start of the new CEO. What was once a vibrant and engaging workplace now feels rigid and disconnected.

Thanks for your honest and transparent feedback. Happy to hear you have a positive support system, but saddened to hear your experience isn't as positive as when you first started. Growth can come with it's challenges, and your feedback is essential for us to grow with the organization. If you have specific examples to share, I encourage you to please leave those through NAVEX or connect with your HRBP if you are more comfortable with that. Examples and specifics are how we can make positive changes.
