Pros

Lots of responsibility and client exposure for recent undergrads. Good variety of casework with quantitative focus. Excellent training program for recent graduates.

Cons

Hard to be offered an interview without a degree from Harvard, Princeton, or Dartmouth. Work/life balance promised but not delivered. Collegial atmosphere, but really everyone out for themselves. Few people with any pharma or biotech industry experience.

Heavy office politics

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.

Pros

People at Junior levels are genuinely nice and hard working. The London office is spectacular.

Cons

Across the company Leadership is HORRIBLE, they have cero respect or regard for staff. The egos of most partners are so big that they would need an auditorium to fit all of them. Hard work does not pay off at the company, it only gives you more work. Your only chance at growing is becoming friends (or more, there are many Trinity relationships and marriages) with a Senior. HR try their best to do well but it is just too much of a mess to sort out. Burnout is common within the company and the only thing keeping employees around is the promise of a promotion that never happens. I was discriminated against, treated like garbage and driven to a point where it took me months in therapy to understand that I deserve more.
