Pros

Had the opportunity to work with some genuinely smart, kind and wonderful human beings, who obviously left the organisation recognising their worth

Cons

Extremely immature, childish, prudish, toxic and appalling culture (which truly feels like a “CULTure”) - Favouritism is glaringly obvious right from table seating at parties, project allocation to promotions (obviously not merit based) - Beyond the cliquey, cult-like and bullying environment, the most concerning issue is the HUGE KNOWLEDGE GAPS among the leadership team, constantly scrambling to find answers and passing the pressure down to the staff signaling a lack of ownership and integrity, thus creating a lot of re-work and sub-par deliverables without any strategic recommendations. There is massive reluctance to "LEARN" at a LT level, which percolates down the chain due to the HUGE EGOS. Many LTs lack exposure to different professional settings having only worked with one company post college thus leading to a deluded sense of what constitutes a “fair”, “open” and “healthy” workplace. - I have been at the receiving end of some obscene (threatening to give bad performance review) behaviour and incivility by both MTs and LTs with a ton of bullying, gaslighting and passive-aggression -Projects are constantly over-budget due to poor planning, inexperienced MTs and LTs, knowledge gaps, staffing inconsistencies and the need to constantly train new staff with ZERO experience; everyone from a associate to LTs carry a tag of superiority, narcissistic, entitled, “I graduated from TOP SCHOOLS” EGO but when it comes to walking the talk, lack the gravitas and basic “critical thinking” skills. -The idea of culture rooted in appreciating the diverse and rich talent pool does not exist because the moment the "cult" finds anyone worth the salt, they will try every possible tactic to erode your self-confidence and pull you down. The mid and year end reviews are a heavily biased and a joke with two-faced and inconsistent feedback; MTs, LTs and HR lack the basic human-ness in interactions - The jilting of capable, stable and experienced staff has led to frustration and burnout and has resulted in a mass exodus -Salaries are below market value across geographies and are not worth the LONG HOURS you are required to put in

Trinity Life Sciences Response

I couldn't agree more that the people here are smart, genuine, kind and wonderful to work with - I'm glad to hear we had that same experience. Although, your comments about our culture, favoritism, leadership, and overall work environment are deeply concerning. I wish you had a better experience that reflected our core values more around including all voices, doing the right thing, and having an innovative mindset. Your feedback highlights where there are needs for improvement. I hope you were able to take the time to put this into our anonymous exit survey, speak with your HRBP, or input into NAVEX with more detail so we can turn this into a positive change.
