Pros

made great friends, have improved on soft/hard skills

Cons

team culture does not exist, management is not supportive, and provides generally negative feedback. I joined Trinity thinking it was a collaborative space, but it is the complete opposite.

Pros

None come to mind from my experience

Cons

Incredibly disorganized and toxic culture focused on efficiency over quality - surprised clients stay

Thanks for the feedback - this is a tough one as Trinity has a "client-first" mentality in all of the work that we do, meaning the quality of our work is one of our top priorities. We would have hoped you had a better experience - we wish you the best. - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

People are mostly good, smart and capable Better balance than several consulting firms

Cons

Similar to a lot of the reviews (even 5 star ones)- the work is uninspired, tight timelines and the inability to pushback with clients (Understandably the client is the boss, but we need to have a spine of sorts so they take us and our work seriously) - People like to say we're a partner to our clients but thats not how they see us- we are a vendor who does what they ask. Scope change, constantly trying to provide projects for cheap etc. impacts how we're viewed - Exit opportunities are limited - Deliverables, proposals are recycled - Leadership is supposedly always busy working on proposals so they're absent on projects. But then we recycle proposals and have a proposal team in India- so what are they doing? - We kick-off and begin projects without a team in place- then the resourcing manager scrambles to find people with a few hours to put together materials that have been promised to the client. A few people with no project context then perform those tasks (typically recycling from old work) - Centers of excellence now force people to do their projects with this new passport system- once you do one they next ID you for more projects - Top heavy- Junior staff is stretched while managers are not overstaffed. Few opportunities
