While Trinity positions itself as a strategy consulting firm, the day-to-day work, especially at the associate consultant level, often centers on market research instead of true strategic analysis. Associate consultants are typically staffed on 3–4 simultaneous projects, leaving limited time to engage deeply with client objectives. Much of the work involves summarizing expert interviews, often without opportunities to draw independent conclusions or shape recommendations. Coupled with compensation below industry benchmarks and a demanding culture around feedback and working hours, I would not recommend this environment for new graduates seeking genuine strategy experience.

The wrong people are in charge, leading to disorganized work practices. Managers steal credit. 5) Zero work life balance- They treat you like the slaves. 7.)DON'T JOIN THIS FIRM.
