      The culture and people make Trinity a fulfilling and enjoyable place to work. Extremely open, supportive, and intellectually-curious work environment at all levels of the organization.

      Multiple project staffing model requires employees to juggle competing priorities.

      Pros

      People - engaging, smart, kind Opportunities for growth - your work will be rewarded Responsibility - if you demonstrate interest and ability, you will be given a lot of agency in projects Compensation - after your first year, compensation is very competitive for the industry

      Cons

      A lot of the project work is not that interesting Main office location is not good (Waltham), although there are many shuttle options (some are free). Other offices (NY, SF) have great office locations.

      Pros

      Great People at all levels and arms of the company, fantastic work culture, many opportunities for internal advancement, interesting and diverse project work, fast-paced, good transparency and communication between lower level employees, direct management, and leadership.

      Cons

      The hours can get long, especially as a new hire when you are less efficient with the work and less familiar with the available resources. Getting access to key research resources can be a challenge due to limited availability.
