      Pros

      Everybody is generally nice and competent. Good place to start career.

      Cons

      Same consulting grind you'd find anywhere else. If you have a bad manager, you're essentially stuck. Proceed very carefully and best back channel reference your future supervisor. Honestly would not be a customer.

      Have been with Trinity for 2+ years and there is a steep learning curve. Like minded, smart people.

      Cons

      This is not for everyone, and very minimal efforts to make it work.
