Own hours. Fun and challenging environment. Work can be a bit slow at times but it's interesting and if you are willing to put in the time it can be rewarding

Cons

Low pay for the amount of hours you put in. Not viable as full time income. No benefits for the amount of work you do. Hard to find audios
