      Pretty Decent!

      Pros

      Pay is pretty decent ($15 per audio hour) compared to other online transcription jobs from the likes of Rev, and also much better treatment of employees as well!

      Cons

      Not many cons to be honest, except that the exams are the real deal, and you need 97 percent to pass

      Lot's of opportunity to learn. The community is very supportive.

      There aren't many opportunities for team building as the work is all remote.

Team-building in person is definitely hard when most of the company works remotely, but we do have the Yammer network where you can interact with other workers and admin personnel. There's always someone there if you have questions or just want to have a chat.
