It is overall a good company with pay kind of higher than it's competitors, but the management sucks

5yThank you for your feedback. Our QA team's job is to deliver a uniform and consistent transcription that meets the 99% accuracy promise given to our clients. Not all changes made to a transcriber's work are due to mistakes, some simply occur as part of the QA process. However, if a transcriber's work has mishears, misspelled words or typos, shows a general lack of proofreading or even running a simple spellcheck, yes, those thing will be and must be corrected. If you have any questions concerning the style guide or what to do in specific instances, you can always ask on Yammer as there are several groups available to provide assistance and feedback for any changes a QA makes to your work.
