Lot's of opportunity to learn. The community is very supportive.

Cons

There aren't many opportunities for team building as the work is all remote.

Team-building in person is definitely hard when most of the company works remotely, but we do have the Yammer network where you can interact with other workers and admin personnel. There's always someone there if you have questions or just want to have a chat. - Work is not always available - Pay could be better, especially for difficult audio.

- unpredictable quality of audio clips - unstable work (periods of no work available) - extremely low pay for time put in - account becomes inactive after 4 weeks of inactivity - steep learning curve (once again, unpaid)
