      good to start there as a first position in order to learn a lot about the industry but it is a big company so they dont really value people as much

      I have a great team and I love what I do. The company has a good salary for the area and there is opportunity for growth.

      The company as a whole is not so great. There are very little benefits and management is very difficult.

      Learn how to manage your time efficiently. There will be no escape from it.

      Cons

      Oppressive and micromanagement work culture. Extremely heavy workload and the pay is ridiculous. Delay in seeing annual raises falling into your account. Lack of communication and transparency from senior managers.
