Global opportunities for those willing to work for them

Pros

The company's global reach and flexibility mean that you can find a position just about anywhere in the company, and just about anywhere in the world. The culture has been shifting dramatically in the last few years, and while there is still room for improvement, it is a much more positive environment. Hours can be long, projects can be monsters, but for those willing to put in the time and effort can reap a good deal of rewards - money, job/location mobility, etc.

Cons

Long hours can make a healthy work/life balance difficult, especially out of New York. Processes can be frustrating to understand at times. Work hard/play hard mentality is not for everyone.

Pros

The pay is o.k. and I made some close friends here. Also, due to to the stressful demands of the job, I was well prepared for my next job.

Cons

This is not a gratifying position. You are constantly being put in situations that you can't solve, with sales breathing down your neck to make promises you can't guarantee. You will be over worked. You won't be thanked for it, and you will be "punished" with a CAF(corrective action form) for situations that are not your fault. Happened to me multiple times. I would definitely not recommend a friend to work here. You get very few days off. Christmas eve and new years eve? You'll be working. I didn't meet one person who liked working at this company while I was there. Not a SINGLE person. Everyone hates it. Morale is very low - its an awful environment to be in.

flat pyramid - one can easily get ideas realize

Cons

Poor Management - only Machiavellian money oriented Management who do not care about the means, but only to get their big pockets filled. This ends up in lack of morals and ethics and consequently high staff turnover (less than a year is the average of an employee's stay) affecting the quality and services to the end client (who are indeed ripped off).
